  • Our IPTV subscriptions are available for purchase through our platform.
  • Only one device per connection is permitted. Attempting to use multiple devices at the same time may result in the cancellation of your subscription.
  • Freezing and non-functional material may occur in any IPTV system worldwide, so you may experience these issues.
  • Channels and VOD content included in any package may be updated, changed, or removed without prior notice.
  • Our IPTV Reseller offers support for any panel issues.
  • After receiving a cleared payment, IPTV Subscription credentials will be sent to the client’s registered email within one business day.
  • Clients are responsible for learning how IPTV works and understanding its nature.
  • We conduct regular server maintenance, which can happen at any time and for an unknown duration.

Service Cancellation

  • You are not required to notify us if you wish to cancel or place your subscription on hold.
  • If you choose to put your subscription on hold, your service will end automatically at the end of your current subscription period.
  • There is no fee for cancelling or placing your subscription on hold.

Subscriptions

IPTV SKYHUB guarantees that all TV subscription codes purchased from our website will remain active for the agreed duration. In case of any server issues or malfunctioning content, please inform us, and we will endeavor to address the problem as soon as possible. We do not sell any IPTV boxes; it is the responsibility of the customer to acquire their own.

If you wish to modify your subscription plan (such as adding more connections or extending the duration) within 7 days of purchase, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.

Payment

Our Payment Method includes Credit card, Debit card, Bitcoin, and PayPal payment gateways to process your transaction. If your transaction fails, please contact your bank and request that the transaction be allowed.
